The first major problem is proper rules and regulations. Every company or team has some rules and regulations for their working environment. Each company makes their rule straight and simple in which every employee should obey those rules. These rules are created by HR and they are responsible for facing any irregular act that can be prohibited. HR deals with the rules and decides which is right or wrong. Many HR face different scenarios in which some rules apply and some don’t. Without rules and regulations, you can face many problems occurring in the companies.
Health and Safety
Like every rule and regulation is applied, every HR has to ensure every employee’s health and safety. Whatever work is going to be done or needs to be done, the first thing is the employees’ safety and ensure about his health. Many incidents have been faced throughout HR due to safety measures not being given or health is not maintained during work. Some incidents can also lead to death in this case. Some companies have given the source of heath in which employees are given leaves for a specific time to recover and come back to the company. This problem can lead to a shortage of employees due to the workload environment being affected.
Recruitment or Shortage of Employee
Every company is recruiting new employees. Some employees leave the company for a better opportunity. The HR faces in finding the right employee to hire them. Believe it or not, it’s very hard to hire a person. The HR struggles to find the right person who can work with the companies. Some candidate gets shortlisted and some do not join due to different issues.

Payroll is also a very big problem. Sometimes they have to deal with a bank and sometimes maintaining the payroll can make them sick. Maintaining the payroll is a big problem we have to deal with. Sometimes pay can be also delayed and sometimes companies face late payments which HR faces during that period. HR maintains records about salary, benefits, bonuses, and attachments, while the accounts are tasked with actually making the payments.

The HR department provides different knowledge relating to the company and staff. When it comes to employment issues, he has to face this problem in managing their queries. Dealing with queries on different matters such as pay, perks, and performance management and reviews on a reasonably regular basis is routine. Every time a member of the HR department needs to chase down his problems, they are unable to do any of their other responsibilities.
