·         In a co-working space, it’s up to you to do your own work or office work in which time is consumed during working hours or you can relax and play some games.

·         They also allow you to fluctuate your team depending on the workload or meeting coming up.

·         In many co-working spaces, offer you an environment where new people collaborate and enhance ideas, learning, and knowledge from working individually.

·         You can sit anywhere in the given space consumed in that co-working office. It can be a hot desk, meeting room, permanent desk, board room, etc.

·         You get many facilities such as internet, coffee, games, activities, and many more.

·         You will meet different people working with you a new environment is created and every day you create a new opportunity.

·         It saves your time and energy.

·         It is well-modern and well-designed.

·         You have to pay for the time or days you have booked and you can only have to pay for the space you require.

Disadvantages of Co-Working Space:

·         This is a temporary based office where you can work.

·         Sometimes expenses exceed the limit and some co-working spaces are very expensive. Some of them have limited facilities

·         Sometimes due to the environment or expenses, you have to travel to different places to work

·         Some offices provide different activities such as a gym, free time to relax, and games, but extra charges will be considered.

·         Sometimes you cannot complete the work because you have limited time that you are given or process.

·         It can be noisy and cause distraction in important work.

·         It is very crowded in such a working space.

Traditional Office:

The office in which we own is called a traditional office. Once you lease it, you are in charge of the design and how it's set up. Traditional offices often have a certain structure that allows the employees to move smoothly through the working process.

Advantages of Traditional Office

·         You can sit as long as you can according to the office’s limited times.

·         You will see old friends in the same environment.

·         Each individual has a clearly defined role, which he or she fulfills in the best possible way.

·         It will ensure you will have a professional place to bring clients for meetings.

·         You will work with employees and have a different discussion about related topics

·         You don’t have to pay unless you have your own office or rental work.

·         This is permanent-based work where you can work in the office at any time.

·         No expenses are required even having unlimited tea, coffee, and lunch.

·         Traditional office has greater hands in controlling the office environment.

·         They can go long-term based with employees as long as the company runs.

·         High-security alerts and CCTV cameras are available.

·         Restriction of confidential discussion is also available.

·         Traditional offices are located in a convenient area and are easy to access.

Disadvantages of Traditional Office:

·         Maintenance work is required a lot after the day-to-day operation.

·         Renovation needed in office after 2 years or longer.

·         Staff serving, meetings, and manager call-up, disturbances can be created.

·         Property taxes, rent, and bills increase. Additional cost increases according to the expenses.

·         Furniture cost is expensive.

·         Working in the same office environment and running up to down may cause a lack of production.

·         Making an office can be expensive.

·         You cannot do your work in the office, especially in jobs.

·         You can’t sit with a girl or a man together due to privacy issues in the work area.

·         It only has standardized furnishing for office work.

·         It has limited employees in the organization according to the space
